Guide posts
Some say that cleanliness is next to Godliness and I wouldn't go that far but it is very important to everyday life.
Here at Guardian Angels, we strive to keep everything in our sphere of influence in order. We have Guide Post meetings to talk about and establish goals and standards that need to be met in this area. This part of the blog will give you guys a look into what we do and why we do what we do.

Influence
Leadership is a very difficult thing. People don't state that enough. You have to walk a very fine line. And there are so many fine lines, people lead in hundreds of different ways. At Guardian Angels we believe in two different key kinds of leadership: servant leadership and leadership by example. Often you can combine the two, but the difference between them is that servant leadership is quiet leadership. Example leadership is leading in a more "straight forward" way. Our weekly posts on influence will hopefully show you more about the two.

Interviews
Actual people with real-life jobs, answering your questions. This is where the rubber meets the road. Where the things we learn apply to everyday life. How do you shoot someone and still honor the Ten Commandments? Let's ask a sniper. What's it like to lead with servant leadership in the "heartless" military environment? Let's ask someone who has been there. I plan on doing just that on a monthly basis.

The Job project
The world is plagued with hurt and pain.
Its no surprise that we experience alot of it, but when is it ok to question God?
How do we deal with the hurt that rips our heart out?
In this three part series called the Job project I looked deeply at the story of Job and more importantly how do we walk through the pain?
